This stylishly renovated stone house is located in the middle of vineyards and olive groves – built in 1848!
Available rooms with a small gallery and a breathtaking terrace are located on the upper two floors of the house and are used by guests only. The total usable area is about 90 m2. On these two floors there is a bathroom with shower and toilet, TV and refrigerator. Both rooms are air conditioned. One bedroom has the desired covered terrace of 20 m2 with an incredible sea view of 180 °. From there, our guests enjoy unforgettable sunsets and romantic hours with fairytale vineyards and olive groves. Relaxation for body, mind and soul!
From 2020, Martin also produces his own excellent olive oil – an olive grove with 550 olive trees – that can be tasted and bought olive oil.
As an unusual business idea, you can also rent individual olive trees in your olive grove for at least one season and thus produce olive oil from your own olives.
Our sailing ship “Morski Vuk” is moored in the marina-Nautica Novigrad, where you will be greeted by our smart captain Martin and talk about the details and wishes for a short trip. Outside the harbor, with a picturesque view of the old town, sunbathing under white sails, anchoring in romantic coves, swimming in the open sea, exploring natural islands or jumping off a cliff – everything is possible ….. eating and drinking is possible on a boat.
