The house is located in the central part of the Istrian peninsula, so that all the destinations on the peninsula are located at a distance of 30 minutes by car.

At night the pool changes colors, and you can adjust the color and the light intensity in the relaxation area.

The climate with lots of sun, both in spring and autumn is pleasant, and the area is full of trails for mountain biking and is ideal for hiking and berry picking.
