CUJ Wines and Olive Oils

The CUJ brand is based primarily on a multi-generational, exclusively family tradition of producing grapes, wine and olive oil.
The name CUJ was created in honor of his grandfather who planted and nurtured the present vineyards in his time.

In 2006, a new cellar and an oil mill with a tasting room were built in the village of Farnežine not far from Umag.
The basement is partly made of living rock, left as a visible part of the basement space.
Thanks to the latest technology and equipment, oenologist and owner Danijel Kraljević develops his ideas and knowledge about wine in a modern direction with top wines and products, which is also a challenge for every new vintage.

CUJ wine is an Istrian wine with three different positions:
Not far from the house is the vineyard position Baština, the second is Vela Boška on the way to Umag, and the third is Sveta Lucija near Buje, where the white land
Malvasia was planted in all three positions, while Teran, Chardonnay, Muscat and Merlot were planted in a part of deep red soil rich in minerals.

Wine CUJ is the sum of the thoughts of the master of the vineyard who awaits you with pleasure.
