Prosciutto Buršić is the only prosciutto factory in Vodnjan, and is one of the largest production facilities in Istria.
We are a family farm that has been producing Istrian prosciutto, pancetta, ombola (curry, pork fish) and sausages, and Easter delicacies of Špaleta for 30 years.
With the help of the family and the prosciutto factory, which is the foundation and love of everything, a tasting room with 150 seats surrounded by greenery, a children’s playground, domestic animals, and a shop selling specialized Istrian products was created, so guests can take something to remember and take with them. , taste top Istrian prosciutto, extra virgin olive oil and other home-made delicacies, relax and enjoy
